These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Drift AI app and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Drift to generate AI videos and images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Credits & Purchases

Generating videos consumes credits. Credits are purchased in-app and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. Generated outputs are yours to use, subject to any third-party model licenses that apply.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
